Boiled rice with clam meat is a food heritage which has been widely used by the people on the coast of Korea for ages.
The food is prepared with clam meat and rice as the main materials. They are mixed with dried hot pepper and other subsidiary materials and seasonings. After filling them in clam shells and wrapping them in edible herbs or vegetable leaves, they are steamed or roasted.
A special food of Kangwon Province, it has become a favourite food of people for its unique taste and aroma.
