The Democratic People’s Republic of Korea with scenic mountains and clear rivers is abundant in tourism resources for medical treatment.

In the DPRK there are many mineral springs, including Kangso, Sogwangsa and Sambang mineral water, and Paektu, Hwangjin, Yangdok and Ryonggang spas, and mud resources at Lake Sijung and Kwangryang Bay. Besides, there are also many climate treatment resources such as fresh and clear air and beautiful scenery.
